Upcoming Club Information

What you will need:

• Your child will continue in their school uniform.

• Your child should have enough to drink.

• Although your child will be provided with a hot snack, it is always worth packing an extra snack for this hungry appetites.

• In case of hot weather, provide sun cream. If your child can apply it themselves, send it along. Otherwise, please email bexmorgan@justcamps.co.uk. 

• Send a sun hat for good weather. Pack a rain jacket for wet weather, as we plan to spend time outdoors whenever possible.

• Please note - If booking after 10am on the day, we cannot guarantee a hot snack will be provided. This is due to our food order going into the kitchen early that day and not being able to store food on site. 

Collection Reference Code

• When you registered through the website you would have had the option to set your own collection code you will need to quote this code when collecting your child from camp.
• This is a safeguarding precaution in place to make sure your child is leaving with the correct guardian. If an alternative friend or family member is collecting your child you will need to pass on the code. 
• If the person collecting does not have the code then we will have to call the emergency contact number once all of the other children have left to confirm collection.
