About the programme

Our Rookie Coach Programme runs every school holiday for 12-16 year olds along side our main activity camp schedule.

It is the perfect stepping stone for those looking to work towards a career in coaching, teaching or any other leadership role working with children or young adults.

Even better is that some of our Rookie Coaches are now returning years later as actual Just Camps Coaches!
