Whether they’re scoring goals, taking on team challenges or making new friends, every day at camp is packed with fun, movement and unforgettable holiday memories.

This summer, we’ll be rotating between two exciting weekly activity schedules (Weeks 1, 3 & 5 and Weeks 2, 4 & 6) to keep every camp day fresh, varied and engaging. This means children attending multiple weeks will enjoy a huge mix of sports, games, creative activities and challenges throughout the summer holidays.

Camper Groupings:

The composition of each camp varies between holidays, both in terms of the number of children and the range of age groups present. Nonetheless, our commitment is to organise children into suitable age groups and provide individual challenges within the framework of group activities. Should you desire your child to be grouped with a particular friend or sibling, kindly discuss this preference with the head coach during the initial morning drop-off, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What you will need:

  • Your child will need suitable clothing for running and playing games.

  • Your child should have enough water to drink - they can refill from the water fountain.

  • No need to pack a snack for their break, we have healthy snacks sorted!

  • We will also provide lunch for you child each day.

  • In case of hot weather, provide sun cream. If your child can apply it themselves, send it along. Otherwise, apply it before they arrive, as we won't be able to assist too much.

  • Send a sun hat for good weather. Pack a rain jacket for wet weather, as we plan to spend time outdoors whenever possible.

  • NOTE: Children are not allowed to use mobile phones, tablets, or devices at camp. It is recommended that they are left at home.

Collection Reference Code

  • Please set your own collection code with the camp leader when you drop off on your first day.
  • This is a safeguarding precaution in place to make sure your child is leaving with the correct guardian. If an alternative friend or family member is collecting your child you will need to pass on the code.
  • If the person collecting does not have the code then we will have to call the emergency contact number once all of the other children have left to confirm collection.
  • If you cannot locate your code you will be able to confirm this with the Head Coach at drop off.

Camp Expectations

Just Camps is a busy, active group environment. To ensure we can keep all children safe, children attending camp should be able to:

  • Follow simple instructions from our coaches.

  • Remain within the designated camp areas and not attempt to leave or run away.

  • Take part safely without requiring continuous 1:1 supervision.

  • Use the toilet independently, including clothing and personal hygiene. Our coaches cannot provide intimate personal care or wiping.

  • Move between activities safely with their group.

  • Communicate their basic needs to a coach.

We welcome children with additional needs wherever we can safely support them within our usual staffing arrangements. If your child requires 1:1 support, personal care or additional supervision, please contact us before booking so we can discuss whether camp is suitable for them.

Now you know who we are we would love to get to know you better. If you would find it helpful, you can fill out the ‘All About Me’ form here. This will let us know how best to welcome you on the day.
