Camper Groupings:

The composition of each camp varies between holidays, both in terms of the number of children and the range of age groups present. Nonetheless, our commitment is to organise children into suitable age groups and provide individual challenges within the framework of group activities. Should you desire your child to be grouped with a particular friend or sibling, kindly discuss this preference with the head coach during the initial morning drop-off, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What you will need:

  • Your child will need suitable clothing for running and playing games.

  • Your child should have enough to drink.

  • Pack a snack for their break.

  • Include a packed lunch (Avoid bringing nuts).

  • In case of hot weather, provide sun cream. If your child can apply it themselves, send it along. Otherwise, apply it before they arrive, as we won't be able to assist too much.

  • Send a sun hat for good weather. Pack a rain jacket for wet weather, as we plan to spend time outdoors whenever possible.

  • NOTE: Children are not allowed to use mobile phones, tablets, or devices at camp. It is recommended that they are left at home.

Collection Reference Code

  • When you registered through the website you would have had the option to set your own collection code you will need to quote this code when collecting your child from camp.
  • This is a safeguarding precaution in place to make sure your child is leaving with the correct guardian. If an alternative friend or family member is collecting your child you will need to pass on the code.
  • If the person collecting does not have the code then we will have to call the emergency contact number once all of the other children have left to confirm collection.
  • If you cannot locate your code you will be able to confirm this with the Head Coach at morning drop off.

⏰ Late Collection Policy

At Just Camps, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all children. To help us maintain high standards of care and ensure our team can operate effectively, we kindly ask that all children are collected promptly at their designated finish time.

Our daily finish times are:

  • 12:30pm (Half Day)
  • 3:30pm (Standard Day)
  • 5:30pm (Extended Day)

To support our staff and safeguard all children, the following Late Collection Policy is in place:

A 5-minute grace period is allowed after your child's scheduled finish time.
After this, a late fee of £1 per minute will be charged per child.
Charges begin from 6 minutes past the finish time, based on the camp clock.

Example

If your child is booked until 3:30pm and is collected at 3:42pm, a £7 late collection fee will apply (7 minutes over the grace period).

Late collection fees will be added to your account and must be paid before making any future bookings.

We understand that delays can happen unexpectedly, and ask that you contact the camp directly if you’re running late. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep Just Camps running safely and smoothly.
